In accordance with the directives of Mr. Yahia Jaafari, the university rector, to intensify training both within and outside the university, Mrs. Boulhia Saad, the Vice rector of Academic Affairs, oversaw the launch of an intensive training course targeting technical support staff at the university´s centers and headquarter, both in-person and distance.

The session included engineers and staff responsible for managing the JISC software and the transition to Progress software in preparation for the upcoming academic year, facilitated by Engineer Jozzi Hassan and Professor Bilal Shakaqi.

The process was conducted in an circumstance of constructive discussion, resulting in valuable outcomes aimed at enhancing skill levels and proficiency in operations across both software platforms, ensuring swift and accurate handling of student, faculty, and technical staff concerns.
