Program, follow up and coordinate registrations, keep student files and statistics, in coordination with the centres.
Ensure compliance with regulations on registration, assessment, progression/orientation and the organization of courses, internships and exams.
Oversee the coherence and quality of training offers (open/distance, hybrid) and the preparation and issuance of diplomas.
Manage pedagogical engineering, the production/integration/protection of digital content and the updating of the distance-training system.
Oversee and monitor the pedagogical quality-assurance and student-success mechanisms.
Prepare, update and follow training programs in line with the university's orientations.
Organize and follow registrations/re-registrations, update files and track the students' academic path.
Track internal/external transfers, ensure their preservation and archiving, and prepare related statistics and reports.
Organize and follow exams and deliberations, and prepare periodic statistics and reports for the relevant bodies.
Prepare, issue, document and archive diplomas, records and pedagogical documents per the regulations.
Track teaching loads and help model pathways and bridges between professional and academic degrees.
Develop and coordinate hybrid and open/distance systems and ensure the platforms run smoothly.
Design, integrate and update digital content and support teams in creating and publishing learning scenarios.
Provide technical support and help ensure the continuity of the digital systems.
Implement the open/distance-training system and build usage and participation dashboards.
Help protect platform content and personal data and comply with cybersecurity requirements.
Manage, develop and digitize the university's documentary resources with the relevant structures.
Manage the digital repository and preserve/archive pedagogical resources, dissertations and theses.
Manage and develop the digital library and make it available to students and teachers.
Ensure respect for intellectual property and develop open educational resources and scholarly publishing.

Provide technical support for audio/AV recording and production.

Continuing Education Centres
The continuing-education centre director is assisted by the heads of the following offices:

Deliver programs, schedule courses, run exams and upload deliberation records to the platforms.
Track the academic path, prepare graduation files, issue diplomas and archive documents and statistics.
Use the digital platforms, deploy central systems, report indicators and digitize files, records and diplomas.
Support teachers and students, protect pedagogical databases and improve digital-content accessibility.
Develop cooperation, design market-aligned training and follow agreements and training sessions.
Inform students, promote the centre's services and coordinate partners' exams and competitions.
Organize info days and workshops, oversee business-creation training and support students.
Provide R&D/innovation resources and coordinate with support bodies to ease access to funding.
Handle staff administration, manage resources and inventory and preserve assets.
Ensure hygiene, security, maintenance, budget, archives and debt collection.
