University registrations

The University of Continuing Education offers anyone wishing to join its university training pathways the possibility to register and follow the different stages of the process through a digital system dedicated to registration, in accordance with the conditions and schedule set by the university and the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.

The registration process concerns candidates wishing to join the distance Bachelor's and Master's cycles, according to the training offers and specialties open at the university's centres across the country.

Pre-registration

Pre-registration is carried out exclusively through the official online platform of the University of Continuing Education, during the period set by the university for each academic year.

Pre-registration steps

  1. 1Access the university's official registration platform.
  2. 2Read the registration guide, admission conditions and open specialties.
  3. 3Enter the required personal and pedagogical information accurately.
  4. 4Choose the program, specialty and training centre from the available options.
  5. 5Confirm the request and keep the pre-registration receipt containing the registration number, a reference document for tracking the request and results.

Pre-registration does not mean final admission: applications are reviewed and ranked according to the adopted conditions and criteria, and based on the specialties, intake capacity and available pedagogical supervision.

Bachelor's registration

Program duration: Six (06) semesters

First-year Bachelor's registration is carried out through the digital platform, for holders of the baccalaureate. The candidate chooses the program, specialty and training centre according to the baccalaureate stream and the adopted orientation conditions. Offerings cover economic, commercial and management sciences, law and political science, humanities and social sciences, foreign languages and literature, mathematics and computer science, among others.

Master's registration

Program duration: Four (04) semesters

First-year Master's registration is carried out through the digital platform, for candidates who meet the admission conditions for the open specialties. Orientation is based on the specialty, academic path and grade obtained, taking intake capacity into account. Studies are concluded, depending on the nature of the program, with a graduation thesis or an internship report.

Who can register?

The University of Continuing Education opens Bachelor's registration to holders of the baccalaureate who meet the adopted admission and orientation conditions, and Master's registration to holders of a Bachelor's degree or a State Engineer diploma, according to the open specialties and the admission conditions of each program.

Orientation is carried out according to the criteria defined for each cycle and specialty: stream, diploma, grade, expressed preferences and availability of the specialty at the training centre, in addition to intake and pedagogical supervision capacities.

The university sets, each academic year, the list of open specialties and their admission conditions; candidates must therefore read the registration guide before submitting their application.

Registration calendar

The University of Continuing Education announces the opening and closing of registration and the deadlines for each stage through its official website and pages, and invites candidates to strictly respect the set dates.

For the 2026-2027 academic year, the pre-registration platform was open from 30 May 2026 to 30 July 2026.

Additional periods may be scheduled for specific categories of candidates according to the calendar announced by the university; it is therefore advisable to follow the official announcements regularly.

Specialties and training offers

Each year the university announces the list of specialties open for registration, together with the admission conditions and the training centres where each specialty is available.

Candidates may consult this list before registering to choose the program that matches their qualification and the adopted admission conditions.

Candidates must respect the set deadlines, as failing to complete the registration procedures during the announced period may result in the loss of the right to register.

Candidates can track the result of their pre-registration application through the online platform, using the registration number or the e-mail address shown on the pre-registration receipt.

The platform also offers a registration-status tracking service for admitted candidates, allowing them to view the state of their file and the procedures related to registration on the PROGRES system.
