Response to Concerns Regarding Student Reinstatement, Academic Year Suspension, and Transfers Between Centers

The University occasionally receives inquiries regarding student reinstatement, suspension of the academic year, and transfers between centers. Accordingly, the University wishes to provide the following clarifications: · Student reinstatement: Applications for reinstatement are reviewed and processed at the center level, based on requests submitted by the students concerned who meet the reinstatement requirements. · Suspension of the academic year: Requests to suspend the academic year are submitted and processed at the center level. The deadline for submitting such requests is mid-November. · Transfers between centers: Transfer requests are processed on an ongoing basis. All submitted applications will be reviewed, and the final deadline is the end of next week.
