Open and Distance Training Cell:
The Open and Distance Training Cell aims to enhance and consolidate the mission and objectives of the university in the field of training, based on the best practices and methods of open and distance training, to develop the performance of employees in public institutions.
Since 2010, the cell has been providing mandatory training for both joint and private sectors within the framework of complementary training before promotion. Since 2013, it has also implemented preparatory training during internships.
Among the tasks assigned to the cell are:
- Developing training programs in coordination with institutions and departments involved in training.
- Designing pedagogical courses according to the reference texts that regulate the training cycle.
- Ensuring the progress of studies through the educational platform and regional centers affiliated with the university.
- Developing curricula and monitoring tools for distance training system.
- Organizing regular and remedial exams.
- Establishing mechanisms for evaluating the distance training system.
- Training active elements within the training system in the following areas:
- Pedagogical lesson design.
- Technical design of lessons.
- Pedagogical supervision.
