Appointment of Dr. Nasser Moussa as the New Director of Mascara Center

On behalf of Prof. Yahia Jafari, Rector of the University of Continuous Education, Prof. Bouadi Abed, Rector of Mustapha Stambouli University, along with Prof. Lakhal Othmane, Deputy Director of Communication and Relations, appointed Dr. Nasser Moussa as the new Director of the Mascara Center, succeeding Dr. Daikh Abdelkader.
Prof. Jafari expressed gratitude to Dr. Daikh- Who requested exemption for special circumstances-and wished Dr. Moussa success, encouraging cooperation within the center for public service.
