The University of Continuing Education: 

Media and Communication Cell 

Naama Center 

Prof. Khettir Toufik, Director of the Naama Center, along with Prof. Safi Habib, Rector of the University Center of Naama, represented their institutions in the first ordinary session of the Provincial People’s Council for 2025, held on May 7, 2025, under the chairmanship of Mr. Zaidy Ismail. The session was attended by local authorities, parliament members, community leaders, and media representatives. 

Bouzaréah Center 

Compensatory exams for students with justified absences in the English Bachelor’s program for higher education instructors have commenced. 

Tipaza Center 

Tipaza Center participated in Open Day events, organized by the Department of Education, to introduce final-year high school students to available university majors, guiding them in choosing the right specialization after their Baccalaureate while providing insights into enrollment criteria and career prospects. 

El Oued Center 

The Entrepreneurship Leaders Club of the Didouche Mourad Center – El Oued hosted a motivational workshop for middle school students at Martyr Taliba Bouras Middle School, aiming to promote entrepreneurial thinking among youth. Topics included: 

– Linking academic paths to career success, 

– Identifying problems and turning them into real projects, 

– Inspirational stories of successful entrepreneurs, 

– Interactive discussions and networking opportunities. 

The club also visited the Algerian Radio Station of El Oued and El M’ghair to celebrate World Press Freedom Day, engaging with media professionals through practical training sessions on journalism. 

Tissemsilt Center 

Prof. Nghal Mohamed, Director of Tissemsilt Center, participated in the Western Algeria Regional Conference alongside entrepreneurship center directors, startup representatives, and ministry officials. The event featured three evaluation workshops focusing on training content, student support, and center operations. 

El Tarf Center 

The second training course on Intellectual Property Protection for Startups, conducted by Dr. Zahir Eddine Bousetta, head of the University Business Incubator, took place successfully. 

Oran Center 

The 10th and 11th training sessions for students at Oran Center and ENPO Maurice Audin Polytechnic School concluded, focusing on financial and accounting management for innovative projects and startups. Discussions highlighted the importance of financial planning when creating enterprises, with participation from students specializing in public management, accounting, finance, and law. 

Médéa Center 

The University Business Incubator in Médéa organized mentoring days for graduates of the Faculty of Economic Sciences and the University of Continuous Education, supporting them in developing their startup projects. 

These initiatives continue to enhance education, entrepreneurship, and career development across the university’s centers.
