Activities Summary of the Centers:

Béchar Center:

Awareness day about Decision 1275.

Tissemsilt Center:

An awareness and informational day about national service organized at Tissemsilt University in collaboration with the University of Continuous Education Tissemsilt Center, in coordination with the regional national service center in Tissemsilt. Presented by Major Sharshour Imad and supervised by the Vice President of the University for Development, Prospection, and Guidance, the Director of the Tissemsilt Center, and the General Secretary. The event witnessed significant attendance from students and professors, where comprehensive explanations about national service, its conditions, procedures, and important legal amendments related to it were provided. A discussion session was also held to answer attendees’ questions, raising awareness about this important national topic. This activity is part of efforts to enhance the culture of citizenship and clarify the commitments of youth towards the nation.

Ben Aknoun Center:

Supervised by Professor Yahya Djafari, Rector of the University, and followed by Professor Mohamed Saudi, Director of the Center, Ben Aknoun Center organized a study day on techniques and methodology for preparing graduation theses and internship reports for second-year master’s students of all specialties. Various student questions were answered, especially methodological approaches to using artificial intelligence in scientific research. The event also addressed the startup project memorandum with an explanation of Decision 1275 and the incentives it offers to students for engaging in entrepreneurship. The event was led by professors from the center: Professor Ismail Maaref, Dr. Mariam Arous, and Professor Kamal Tiloult.

Bab Ezzouar Center:

Honoring the retirees of this year, including staff and professors, with the presence of former directors of the center, professors, and staff.

Touggourt Center:

On Saturday evening, February 8, 2025, at the University of Continuous Education Didouche Mourad Touggourt Center, under the supervision of Dr. Elhachmi Lekouki, a pedagogical workshop was held for students preparing for the doctoral competition in the field of law. The workshop was led by a group of doctors in the field of law, including: Dr. Slouh Mekki, Dr. Mohamed Lasad Sid Omar, Dr. Ramoun Faisal, Dr. Bakhled Abdel Rahman, Dr. Aissani Tah

Where tips and explanations on how to model answers were provided. The concerns of the candidates and their questions were also addressed.

Oran Center:

Training for higher education professors in English to prepare for the bachelor’s degree, with an in-person gathering.

On Thursday, February 6, 2025, the fourth edition of the marketing fair under the slogan “Market it Real 2.0 – Bridging Worlds” concluded at the Faculty of Economic Sciences, Management, and Commercial Sciences of Oran 2 University, in cooperation and partnership between the Laboratory of Institutional Management and Economic Development at the University of Continuous Education Oran Center, supervised by Professor Karim Kateb, and the Laboratory of New Directions in Developmental Policies in Algeria, supervised by Professor Ben Lahcen Houari.

The fourth marketing fair activities witnessed the participation of 45 innovative project holders in various fields such as digital transformation services, and 17 public and private institutions in food industries, services, banking, and insurance sectors.

During the conclusion, organizers Dr. Sabagh Souhaila and Dr. Boumediene Nadia emphasized the importance of students entering the world of innovation and entrepreneurship.

Professor Karim Kateb highlighted the efforts made by public authorities in enabling university youth to create special innovative institutions and the privileges granted by the Algerian state. He stressed the need to create partnerships and cooperation foundations between the university and economic institutions.

Professor Ben Lahcen Houari concluded by emphasizing the importance of benefiting from practical experiences in public and private institutions to encourage students and researchers.

Khemis Miliana Center:

The Shoala Sports Club opens various sports activities.

Mostaganem Center:

Under the general supervision of Professor Yahya Djafari, Rector of the University of Continuous Education Didouche Mourad, and within the framework of the agreement between the University of Continuous Education Didouche Mourad and Abdelhamid Ibn Badis University of Mostaganem, students from the University of Continuous Education Didouche Mourad – Mostaganem Center participated in the training session « Soft Skills and Design Thinking, » presented by Professor Salman Ahmed and Professor Anton Bochmann from the German university. This training was attended by the Director of the Business Incubator, Professor Moujahed Mostafa, along with the head of the Entrepreneurship Development Center and Business Incubator at the University of Continuous Education Didouche Mourad – Mostaganem Center, Mr. Nafousi Belkacem. The session aimed to enhance students’ skills and prepare them for the entrepreneurship environment using the latest methods and techniques.

Professor Hossini Mostafa attended in-person, and Mr. Nafousi Belkacem, head of the Entrepreneurship Development Center and Business Incubator, attended virtually, representing the University of Continuous Education Didouche Mourad – Mostaganem Center at the national symposium titled: « Startup Strategies to Reintroduce National Heritage in an Innovative Image. » held at the Faculty of Law and Political Science at Abdelhamid Ibn Badis University – Mostaganem. The University of Continuous Education Didouche Mourad – Mostaganem Center continues to foster innovation and entrepreneurship.

Setif Center:

As part of intellectual and scientific activities and participation between the University of Continuous Education Setif.

Tiaret Center:

The Scientific Innovation Club at Ibn Khaldoun University Tiaret welcomed the ministerial committee.

Tébessa Center:

A scientific seminar for master’s students about Decision 1275.

Chlef Center:

A seminar on artificial intelligence in the field of social and human sciences, dedicated to bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral students in partnership and coordination between the University of Continuous Education – Chlef Center and the Faculties of Arts and Humanities and Social Sciences at Chlef University. Under the honorary sponsorship of:

Adrar Center:

On the morning of Saturday, February 8, 2025, Mr. Boukerra Ali, Governor of Adrar province, along with the President of the People’s Provincial Assembly, members of the executive body, and the Mayor of Adrar, paid a working visit to the University of Continuous Education Adrar Center.

Sidi Bel Abbès Center:

Within the framework of Ministerial Decision 1275, the preliminary discussions for startups began this morning, February 8, 2025, at the University of Continuous Education Sidi Bel Abbès Center, under the chairmanship of Professor Mohamed El-Amin Bouloum, Director of the Center, with the participation of faculty representatives of the incubator at the University of Continuous Education and Djilali Liabes University Sidi Bel Abbès.

El Bayadh Center:

To enhance student activity, student Hachilif Hamza participated in the ninth edition of the National University Chess Championship organized by the Coordination of University Institutions in Constantine from February 11 to 13, 2025. We wish student Hachilif the best of luck and hope he achieves top rankings in this competition.
