Here is the weekly roundup of the centers’ activities, with a special focus on the various events held in celebration of Victory Day, honoring the memory of the martyrs and preserving national heritage to strengthen intergenerational ties across Algeria’s historical struggle for independence.
Naâma Center:
On the morning of March 19, 2025, Prof. Khettir Toufik, the center’s director, along with staff, employees, and students, commemorated Victory Day.
The ceremony included:
– Raising the national flag
– A speech on the significance of this historic event
– Recitation of Al-Fatiha in honor of the martyrs
Khemis Miliana Center:
At the invitation of the Governor of Aïn Defla, the center participated in the 63rd Victory Day anniversary on March 19, 2025. The visit included a courtesy visit to the University of Continuous Education’s Center in Aïn Defla.
Oran Center:
The center hosted an official Victory Day celebration on March 19.
El Bayadh Center:
– The center participated in Victory Day celebrations, led by Governor Nour-Eddine Belaribi, alongside key officials, including:
– The President of the Provincial People’s Assembly
– Members of the Security Committee
– Parliament Representatives
– Representatives of the National Mujahideen Organization
– Youth Council Members
– Local media representatives
The ceremony began at the Martyrs’ Cemetery, with:
– Flag raising and national anthem
– A wreath-laying ceremony
– Recitation of Al-Fatiha in tribute to the martyrs
– A commemorative speech by an imam on this historic day
Additionally, the center organized:
March 17, 2025: A follow-up meeting with February 2025 trainees to assess progress in digital training platforms.
March 15, 2025: An academic seminar on Banking and Financial Law, attracting students and professors specialized in financial systems and economic stability, featuring:
– Workshop 1: Conceptual Framework of Banking Law by Dr. Didaoui Mohamed Amine
– Workshop 2: Latest Developments in Banking Law under Law 23/09 and Its Impact on Algeria’s Financial Sector by Dr. Jaâboub Ammar
A National Conference on AI & Entrepreneurship in Universities:

English Language Teaching and Learning in the Age of Digitalization and AI: Challenges and Perspectives in Algerian Universities

Bouzaréah Center:
– March 22, 2025: Hosted a Study Day on Managing Digital Training Platforms at Mohamed Al-Arabi Zoubir Auditorium, University of Algiers 2.
Mila Center:
– General Assembly Announcement: Establishment of a Sports Club and Scientific Club.
– March 16, 2025: Organized a collective Iftar at the university residence (Martyr Hayour Ammar) with the academic community.
Khenchela Center:
– Held the second coordination meeting with the Education Sector to prepare for an external examination (March 23-24, 2025) organized by University of Continuous Education (Didouche Mourad) – Khenchela Center, in collaboration with the Directorate of Education.
Tizi Ouzou Center:
– Three students (Lammari Anis, Rabia Djamel, and Saqaq Ader) participated in the pre-selection round for Start-Up Graduation Projects under Ministerial Decree 1275, presenting their projects to a specialized academic committee at Tizi Ouzou University (March 11, 2025).
Touggourt Center:
– The Roya Scientific Club launched several initiatives:
