Activity Highlights Across Centers:
Barika Annex:
- An organizational meeting was held on Saturday, April 19, 2025, at the Barika Annex, involving the Annex Director, Dr. Abbas Medoun, and student representatives.
Key topics discussed:
– Course progress in study groups.
– Scheduling of second-semester exams.
– Miscellaneous matters.
Naama Center:
- A scientific workshop titled: « Methodology for Preparing Graduation Projects » (IMRAD and Startup Project models) held via Google Meet.
- Awareness day on preparing graduation projects for second-year Master’s students across various specialties (Business Law, Public Management, Accounting).
Khemis Miliana Center:
- Continuation of Master’s Days events.
- A scientific conference commemorating Science Day (April 16) was held in Auditorium 03 at 12:45 PM, featuring lectures by:
– Dr. Ben Yaghzer Ahmed, History Professor at Khemis Miliana University.
– Dr. Ibrahim Ali, Head of Islamic Scout Division in Khemis Miliana.
Bouzaréah Center:
- First-semester exams conducted for the English program tailored for university professors.
Ain Temouchent Center:
- A training seminar organized as part of the outlined program on « Methodology for Preparing Graduation Projects », targeted at students nearing graduation to equip them with the necessary academic tools.
Mila Center:
- The Green Space Club at the University of Continuous Education, Didouche Mourad, Mila Center, organized a scientific seminar titled:
“The Necessities of Seeking Knowledge in the University Environment and Its Desired Outcomes: A Model of the University of Continuous Education.”
– The session began with an opening speech from Center Director, Dr. Hamza Dawoudi, who emphasized the value of knowledge and the challenges faced by students, encouraging them to pursue excellence.
– Dr. Omar Baghdad delivered a lecture on the essentials of academic pursuit and student requirements at the University of Continuous Education.
– Dr. Massoud Hitoum discussed the features of studying at the university, highlighting its advantages and challenges, and reflecting on its milestones, achievements, and positive impacts on students.
El Oued Center:
- The Development Pioneers Club participated in World Book and Copyright Day celebrations, held under the supervision of the Directorate of Culture and Arts in El Oued and organized by the Main Public Library of El Oued Province to honor authors and writers.
– The event was attended by club leader Professor Moufid Abdallawi, students, cultural officials, authors, and local dignitaries.
– Activities included: honors for new publications, recognition of competition winners, and a presentation of the library’s 2025 activities.
Tissemsilt Center:
- A Pedagogical Committee meeting took place to discuss:
– Progress of lectures.
– Scheduling of second-semester exams.
– Graduation projects and startup projects.
– Field internships for students.
– Miscellaneous matters.
- Dr. Ngal Mohamed, Center Director, participated as a trainer in the Train-the-Trainers (TOT) workshop for Entrepreneurship Development Center Directors, held at Yahia Fares University – Médéa (April 13–17, 2025). Organized by the Ministry of Higher Education and Research, the event emphasized entrepreneurial innovation.
Bordj Bou Arréridj Center:
- A training session was organized for students on « Graduation Project Methodology and Statistical Analysis » led by Dr. Bouzraâ Jamal and Dr. Kadouj Fawzi.
El Bayadh Center:
- Participation in an exhibition organized by scientific clubs, showcasing the traditions and cultural heritage of the El Bayadh region.
Oran Center:
- Dr. Katib Karim, Director of the Laboratory for Institutional Management and Economic Development, participated in Science Day celebrations held at the National Polytechnic School of Oran. Events included exhibitions of innovative prototypes and lectures on entrepreneurship and innovation.
Annaba Center:
- An informational meeting on startup projects for academic year 2024–2025 was held on April 19, 2025, offering students guidance on certification, training, and project funding.
Sidi Bel Abbes Center:
- Prof. Mohamed El Amin Bouloum, Center Director, led a pedagogical meeting focusing on:
– Lecture progress and exam schedules.
– Master’s thesis discussions and field training for students.
Djelfa Center:
- The English for Us Club organized a workshop on “Mastering Academic Writing”, supervised by Dr. Hesham Boukhashba, Head of the English Department. Key topics included:
– Planning and structuring academic essays.
– Building arguments and analyzing ideas.
Batna Center:
- Announcement for Master’s students in Business Law regarding participation in the Banking and Financial Law Symposium.
Oum El Bouaghi Center:
- The center collaborated with Ain Beida Rehabilitation Institution to organize cultural and educational activities as part of Science Day celebrations.
Chlef Center:
- In line with civic goals, the center launched the National Volunteer Week for Cleanliness and Awareness Against Forest Fires (April 26 – May 1, 2025), with partnerships across sectors.
