Centers Activities Summary:

El Bayadh Center:

– Science Day Commemoration: Marking April 16th (the anniversary of Algerian renaissance pioneer Sheikh Abdelhamid Ben Badis’ passing), the center organized events with scientific and cultural clubs, featuring exhibitions and intellectual activities to promote knowledge, patriotism, and national identity. 

– Military Open Doors Event: On April 15, 2025, the center participated in an open day at « Martyr Ghetthaf Mohamed » Signals Training Center (2nd Military Region), observing training exercises and modern equipment demonstrations. 

– AI Training Launch: First AI workshop for Master’s students in Communication, Public Relations, Administrative Law, and Criminal Law. [Join here](https://meet.google.com/pjp-szfo-vyo). 

– University Sports: Football match between El Bayadh and Saïda universities in the Algerian University Futsal Cup (April 14). 

– Staff Development: Week 10 of English/AI training focused on programming fundamentals and workplace applications, led by Prof. Boudaoud Abdelrahman. 

Naâma Center: 

– Training Workshop Closing: Director Dr. Khethir Toufik presided over the conclusion of pedagogical workshops on April 12, coinciding with Science Day. Certificates were awarded to trainers including:

Dr. Meghdad Yousra and Dr. Dribal Halima, who presented the Lean Canvas model for entrepreneurial projects. 

– Innovation Initiatives: Emphasis on preparing for the President’s Award for Innovative Researchers and fostering student creativity. 

Khemis Miliana Center: 

– Mandatory Master’s Study Day: For Business Law, Accounting, and Public Management students. 

Algiers East Center: 

– Banking Law Forum: Invitation for 2nd-year Master’s students (April 19, 2025). 

Baba Ezzouar Center: 

Study Day on the Challenges of Preparing an Academic Thesis in the Era of Artificial Intelligence 

The University of Continuous Education – Bab Ezzouar Center organized a study day on Saturday, April 12, 2025, for master’s students nearing graduation, focusing on the preparation of their graduation thesis. 

Ghardaia Center: 

The University of Continuous Education – Didouche Mourad Ghardaia Center organized a seminar with innovative thinkers, under the supervision of Dr. Beishi Ismail, as the representative of the university’s incubator, along with Master’s 2 graduates specializing in Accounting and Public Management. 

The seminar focused on: 

– Start-up projects 

– Progress on graduation theses 

The event was overseen by esteemed professors: 

– Professor Ajila Mohamed 

– Professor Bukhari Abdelhamid 

– Dr. Zubair Mohamed 

– Dr. Beishi Ismail 

This seminar attracted significant interest from both students and professors, fostering rich discussions on both topics. The results of the selection process culminated in the final approval for innovative thinkers and the launch of training sessions at the Ghardaia University Incubator. 

Ain Temouchent Center: 

A training seminar on graduation thesis methodology. 

Mila Center: 

Dr. Hamza Dawadi, Director of the University of Continuous Education Didouche Mourad Mila Center, participated in the provincial celebration of Science Day, commemorating the anniversary of the passing of reformist pioneer Sheikh Abdelhamid Ben Badis. 

The event took place at the Abdelhafid Bousouf University Center, with the presence of: 

– Mr. Mustafa Quraish, the governor of Mila Province 

– President of the Provincial People’s Assembly 

– Director of the University Center, Professor Amirouche Bouchelaghem 

The governor inaugurated two audio-visual halls dedicated to scientific activities and participated in a tree-planting campaign within the university grounds. The event was attended by members of the Green Space Scientific Club and the Mukhtar Sayoud Sports Club. 

Tissemsilt Center: 

On April 16, 2025, the Tissemsilt Center of the University of Continuous Education signed a cooperation and partnership agreement with the Regional Chamber of Judicial Officers – West Region, at the office of the center’s director, Professor Abdelmajid Dahoum. 

Representatives included: 

– Professor Batahir Maamar, head of the chamber delegation 

– Professor Ben Amer Ben Yahya, coordinator for Tissemsilt Judicial Council 

– Delegates from the Faculty of Law, Tissemsilt University 

Professor Kamal Al-Aqab represented the center in signing the agreement. 

Bordj Bou Arreridj Center: 

– Training seminar on statistical analysis using SPSS for third-year Bachelor’s and second-year Master’s students. 

– National symposium titled “Public Relations in the Digital Age: Bridges for Effective Institutional Communication and Comprehensive Sustainability”, hosted at Bordj Bou Arreridj Center. 

The symposium welcomed: 

– Distinguished professors and researchers from various universities 

– A wide participation of Master’s and Doctorate students interested in institutional communication and digital transformation. 

The event was led by Dr. Bouzraa Jamal and inaugurated by Dr. Smaihi Nadia, the center’s director. 

Oran Center: 

Dr. Kateb Karim, Director of the Institution Management and Economic Development Laboratory, participated alongside Professor Bashiri Hamza from CRASC Oran in a workshop discussing: 

– Entrepreneurial challenges 

– Innovative projects 

– Intellectual property matters 

The workshop concluded on April 10, 2025. 

Sidi Bel Abbes Center: 

Professor Mohamed El-Amin Boulom, the center’s director, participated in Science Day festivities on April 16 at Djilali Liabes University, Sidi Bel Abbes. 

The National Agency for Entrepreneurial Support and Development, in collaboration with the university, held a training day for students registered under Ministerial Decision 1275, led by agency trainers and executives. 

Djelfa Center: 

The English for Us Club organized a workshop titled “Mastering the Art of Academic Writing,” under the supervision of Dr. Boukhachba Hichem, Head of the English Department, on April 17, 2025, at 2:00 PM. 

Bouira Center: 

A scientific seminar commemorating Science Day, featuring a keynote speech by Professor Okil Mustafa, the center’s director. 

Biskra Center: 

Activities focused on Master’s students, including a study day on graduation thesis methodology. 

Oum El Bouaghi Center: 

Multidisciplinary study day titled “Digital Technology in Algeria: Between Socioeconomic Needs and Legal Frameworks”, covering topics like digitization and the informal economy.
