Professor Yahia Jafari, the University Rector, attended the signing ceremony of the cooperation and partnership agreement between Algeria and Tunisia at the Ministry headquarters.

The agreement was signed between Professor Kamel Baddari, the Algerian Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and Monther Belaid, the Tunisian Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research.

In their speeches, the ministers emphasized the importance of cooperation and joint efforts to foster development in both countries through excellence and leadership in scientific research.
