
Training Workshop to Strengthen Students’ Entrepreneurial Mindset on the Business Model Plan

As part of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research’s efforts to embed a culture of innovation in Algerian universities, and within the series of training workshops under Decision 008, amended and supplemented by Decision 1275, the Business Incubator of the University of Continuous Education – Didouche Mourad organized the second training workshop on « Business Model Plan » on Monday, May 12, at the incubator’s headquarters within the university.
The workshop was led by Prof. Hanane Cherifi, Director of the Business Incubator at the University of Algiers 2, and Dr. Nassima Baghdadi, a trainer at the same university, both specialists in entrepreneurship and innovative project development.
They provided a theoretical and practical presentation on how to build an effective business model, covering key aspects such as:
– Identifying customers and managing customer relationships,
– Defining the value proposition,
– Core business activities,
– Communication channels,
– Revenue streams and partnerships,
– Managing resources and costs.
The workshop saw active participation from students enrolled under Decision 008, who engaged in practical exercises and group discussions about their future projects, reflecting their growing awareness of how entrepreneurship training can help transform ideas into viable economic ventures.
The initiative was attended by Vice Rector for Communication, Prof. Saoudi Mohamed, and Vice President for Pedagogy, Prof. Boulahia Souad, representing University Rector
