« The Entrepreneurship and Self-Employment » was the theme of the seminar organized by the University of Continuous Eductaion across its centers nationwide

   In the context of its engagement with its external environment, the University of Continuous Education, in coordination with the Entrepreneurship Development Center of the University of Continuous Education, along with business incubators and the role of entrepreneurship in university institutions, organized a seminar on « Startups and Self-Employment. »

   The objective of this seminar was to support master’s students in completing their theses, whether academic or related to a startup, providing an opportunity for students to interact with supervising professors.

   The seminars focused on various aspects, including the selection of research topics, the relationship between the research title and the problem, the stages of completing a thesis within a startup framework, and the elements of the introduction and reasons for choosing the topic related to the startup.

   Additionally, centers across the nation, such as the one in Khenchela, Skikda, and Boumerdes, hosted similar seminars, addressing topics like participatory investment as a funding mechanism for startups and the role of digital transformation in their development.

   Furthermore, a national scientific symposium on « Methodological Support for Master’s Students in Completing Theses » was held at the University of Continuous Training center in El Tarf on April 21, 2024, covering the importance and role of startups, presenting national and international experiences in the field of tourism startups, the role of startups in achieving sustainable development, and showcasing successful startup experiences and the role of business incubators in supporting and accompanying these startups.
