Today, Professor Moussa Boubaker, the Rector of the Elise University Center, on behalf of Professor Yahia Jaafari, the Rector of the University of Continuous Training, presided over the appointment of a new director for the center, Professor Ibrahim Halbawi, succeeding Professor Mufeed Youssef, who requested to step down due to personal reasons.

   The occasion served as an opportunity for the Rector of the Continuous Training University to convey, through a written message delivered by the Rector of the Elise Center to the outgoing director, his gratitude and appreciation for the efforts made during his tenure in managing the center. He expressed his best wishes for the new director’s success and called upon the center’s staff to support him in serving the university and the nation.
