On behalf of the Rector of The University of Continuous Education, Prof. Yahia Jafari, Prof. Saïd Rahmani, Rector of Algiers 2 University, along with the Vice Rector for Pedagogy, Ms. Saad Boulhia, and Prof. Zerrouni Mustapha, Coordinator for Central Region 1, appointed Prof. Habib El Oued as the new Director of the North Algiers Center – Bouzareah, succeeding Mr. Mohamed El Amine Radhada, who has been assigned to another position.
Through his representatives, the Rector expressed his gratitude to Mr. Mohamed El Amine Radhada for his remarkable contributions to the university, where he has been part of the founding generation. The Rector also urged the new director to further develop the center, work with a team spirit, cooperate with all stakeholders, and listen to the students. He emphasized the importance of utilizing Prof. El Oued’s pioneering experience in entrepreneurship and start-ups to revitalize the center. He also stressed the necessity of returning to teaching, especially with the support and extended hand of Algiers 2 University’s Rector, Prof. Saïd Rahmani.
The Rector additionally thanked the faculty and staff of the center for their efforts throughout the academic year and encouraged them to rally behind the new director in serving the public institution.
