Today, Thursday, March 28, 2024, corresponding to the 18th of Ramadan 1445, at 11:00 AM, at the headquarters of the Oran Continuous Training University Center, a partnership and cooperation agreement was signed between Dr. Katib Karim, Director of the Laboratory for Enterprise Management and Economic Development, Oran Center, and Mr. HamriAbdelbasset, representing the Chamber of Maritime Fishing and Aquaculture of the Oran Province.

The signing ceremony of this agreement was attended by:

Professor Safou Mohamed, Director of the Center.

Dr. Katib Karim, Director of the Laboratory.

Mr. MghaniSandid Munir, Provincial Director of Maritime Fishing and Aquaculture for the Oran Province.

Mr. HamriAbdelbasset, Director of the Chamber of Maritime Fishing and Aquaculture for the Oran Province.

Mr. Daoudi Ali, President of the Chamber of Maritime Fishing and Aquaculture for the Oran Province.

Mr. Boumedien Ben Safi, Head of the Marine Fishing Station for the Arzew Port.

Mr. OuldHenni Kamal, responsible for General Administration and Training, as well as staff and workers of the Oran Continuous Training University Center.

This agreement is recorded within the framework of the digital platform of the Directorate General for Scientific Research and Technological Development, aiming to coordinate research efforts between the laboratory research teams and the economic and social environment, for fruitful exchange benefiting both parties, the laboratory and the Chamber of Maritime Fishing and Aquaculture, towards economic development.

Through this agreement, undergraduate and master’s students will be encouraged to create their innovative enterprises and integrate into Ministerial Decision 1275 for the certification of startup establishments in the fields of maritime fishing and aquaculture.
