Today, an agreement of cooperation and partnership was signed between Dr. Bourkoua Abdelmalek, representing Dr. Yahia Jaafari, the director of Mila Center, and Dr. Boualshlaghem Aïmerouch, the rector of Abdelhafid Boualsouf University Center in Mila.
