At the kind invitation of the President of the National Economic, Social, and Environmental Council, Mrs. Rabia Kharfi, Dr. Yahia Jaafari, the Rrector of the University of Continuous Training, participated this morning, Tuesday, March 5, 2024, at the Pine Club Palace in the Nations Palace, in the opening ceremony of the fifth session of the General Assembly of the National Economic, Social, and Environmental Council. The event was attended by many heads and representatives of official institutions, advisory bodies, and constitutional entities.
