On February 11, 2025, the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Mr. Kamel Baddari, alongside the Minister of Communication, Mr. Mohamed Meziane, led a national symposium titled « The Algerian University and Developmental Media » at the Faculty of Media and Communication in Ben Aknoun. The event was attended by the General Director of the Algerian Investment Promotion Agency, Mr. Omar Rekache, the representative of the National Union of Algerian Farmers, Mr. Belkacem, and directors of public and private media institutions, as well as professors, media specialists, and students from the National School of Political Science and the Faculty of Media and Communication.

   Everyone emphasized the important role of intangible capital represented by knowledge and training in the new economic system of emerging Algeria.
