On Sunday, September 29, 2024, the University of Continuous Education in Didouche Mourad inaugurated its media week, coinciding with a national blood donation awareness campaign.

   The university’s rector, Prof. Yahya Jaafari, emphasized the importance of modern pedagogical tools and hybrid education. He announced that the university had integrated fully into the Progress system and is aiming for increased digitization. The event included presentations for new students and a lecture on the dangers of drug abuse in society.

   The event continued with notable contributions, including Prof. Mustapha Khayati addressing the dangers of drug abuse in society, particularly targeting youth and students. He praised the university’s role in combating this issue.

   New students were provided with extensive information on the university’s study programs by Vice rector of Studies and Pedagogy, Prof. Souad Boulahia, along with presentations by academic field leaders. Additionally, cybersecurity guidance for safe digital learning was offered by Prof. Dalila Aloufi. The awareness campaign for blood donation will run across 54 centers nationwide until October 5.
