The Vice Rectorate of Pedagogy informs the students concerned about the appeals regarding activity grades on the educational platform who missed the opportunity to appeal for more than one course (due to not knowing that students have the right to one entry to the appeal icon, which allows them to appeal the activities of all courses at once on the platform, and then it cannot be clicked again) that they can submit their appeals again. The opportunity is available to them during the period from January 21 to 24.

The processing period for appeals by accompanying professors will follow, and then the activity grades will be calculated and published to students on January 29, 2025.

Note:

This notice concerns the activity grades on the educational platform. The publication of in-person course grades and their appeals are exclusively through the Progress system.

Grades for some courses in the second and third years of the Bachelor’s degree in English are still being graded. Once the accompanying professors complete the grading, an appeal period will be provided.
