Under the supervision of the Rector of the Continuous Education University, Professor Yahia Djafari, and in collaboration with the Entrepreneurship Development Center and the Business Incubator of the Mostaganem Center, and the Business Incubator of the University of Mostaganem, headed by Professor Mujahid Mustafa, the first graduation thesis for a startup/patent was discussed today, Saturday, June 8 of this year. This was done under Ministerial Decision 1275 for the student Hafsa El-Achache, who excelled in the Public Management Master’s program for two consecutive years.

The discussion committee was composed of:

Dr. Makawi Mohamed Al-Amin as the main supervisor, Professor Al-Hajj Khalifa as the co-supervisor, Dr. Weld Ali as the assistant supervisor, Professor Jakhadam Ben Dhahaba as the chair of the discussion committee, Dr. Mqrad Abdullah representing the University of Mostaganem Incubator, Dr. Daqish Mokhtar as an examiner, Mr. Hamo Shaaban representing the Directorate of Commerce of the Wilaya of Mostaganem, and Mr. NafousiBelkacemAbdelhafid, head of the Entrepreneurship Development Center and Business Incubator of the Continuous Training University Mostaganem Center.
