However, it is important to question whether students, professors, and higher education and research institutions are effectively able to adapt to these changes.
The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research aspires for Algerian institutions and the higher education and research system to achieve modernity and desired performance levels. This vision is particularly embodied through the establishment of an innovative and dynamic system based on digital technologies. The main goal is to make higher education and scientific research a key driver of development and progress.
