With deep sorrow and grief, I, along with all members of the University of Continuous Education, have received the sudden news of the passing of Professor Ben Habib Belkheir from the transient world to the eternal abode. He was a contracted professor with the Djelfa Center, who passed away while imparting knowledge from the university platform—a noble end that Allah chooses only for the righteous among His servants. Everyone who knew or interacted with him attests to his competence, commitment, high moral character, and refined manners.

In this moment of loss, I extend, on my own behalf and on behalf of the university family, our sincerest condolences to the family of the deceased. We ask Almighty Allah to grant him mercy and Paradise, and to bestow patience and solace upon his family and loved ones.
