In response to student concerns regarding the issuance of certificates and the re-registration process, we would like to clarify the following:

Certificate Issuance: The relevant departments have begun delivering certificates to certain centers and have established a schedule to ensure that all certificates are delivered to the centers by July 10, 2025. Some centers have already started distributing certificates to their recipients.

Re-registration for Advancing Students (2nd & 3rd Year Bachelor’s, 2nd Year Master’s): Some students mistakenly believed that the re-registration process begins on June 23. In reality, and according to the previously published calendar, this date marks the start of the internal process by the pedagogical services to update the records of students advancing to higher years on the PROGRES platform.

The students’ role begins on the date when they are required to pay the re-registration fees, which is clearly indicated in the published calendar.
