According to the recent decision of the Scientific Council, the scheduling of exams is left to the discretion of the centers, based on available facilities and in consultation with student representatives. However, exams must not begin before December 20, 2024, or extend beyond January 18, 2025.

During this period, field teams operating under the authority of the Vice Rector for Pedagogy will work on finalizing the grading of activities on the platform and publishing the results. Students will also be given the opportunity to submit appeals within the legally allowed timeframe.

This approach aims to conclude the first semester within its designated period, enabling the start of the second semester promptly, with the goal of completing the academic year and issuing certificates of success for the regular session at the beginning of June 2025.
