The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Mr. Kamel Baddari, on February 12, 2025, at the ministry headquarters, awarded the Ministry’s Medal of Merit to the internationally distinguished student, Sara Mfarrej, who won the gold medal at the International Conference on Food and Water Security held in Qatar. Her winning project is an innovative, marketable feed for livestock and fish.
