Adding the instant appeal feature via the online platform (WEBETU)

Adding the immediate appeal feature via the digital application (Webetu) within the continuous assessment grades (directed assignments/applied works).

  • This facilitates educational processes for university students and supports procedures related to maintaining their rights in evaluation assessments, particularly after the ability for students to immediately access their recorded grades by professors on the integrated information system (Progres) through the student digital application (Webetu).
  • We inform our esteemed students that the instant appeal feature has been added via the digital application (Webetu) in case of errors during marking or calculation of grades within the continuous assessment marks (directed assignments/applied works).
  • It’s important to update the application on the Google Play Store to ensure the availability and utilization of this service by following the steps:

 – Selecting the directed assignment grades section on the main interface of the application.

 – Double-clicking on the grade scale to submit an appeal.

 – Selecting the reason for the appeal (grade not appearing/error in grade recording). – Confirming the appeal request.

Note: Appeal deadlines are determined by the universities according to their regulatory provisions.
