In accordance with Presidential Decree No. 21-392, issued by the President of the Republic, Mr. Abdelmadjid Tebboune, which stipulates the participation of all officials, employees, and workers at the national and local levels, as well as at diplomatic and consular representations abroad, a minute of silence was observed today, October 17, 2024, at 11 a.m. at the university headquarters and at centers across the states, in honor of the martyrs of the October 11, 1961 massacres.
