The University of Continuous Education was established under the auspices of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research by Decree No. 90-149 90-150 issued on May 26, 1990. These decrees regulate the organization and functioning of the university according to the organizational structure of the University Presidency, which includes two directorates: The Vice-rectorate of Communications and Inter-sectoral Relations and the Vice-rectorate of Studies and Pedagogy.
The General Secretariat for Administration and Public Services isassigned to implement the followingtasks:
- Preparation, implementation, and monitoring of administrative work and staff within the scope of the Universityresponsibilities.
- Preservation of documents and archives of the University.
- Coordination and monitoring of administrative services activities.
- Programming administrative procedures at the level of UniversityCenters.
