As part of the university’s ongoing transformation—particularly in the realm of English language learning and instruction—a dedicated Master’s student in Public Management from the distinguished Biskra Center successfully defended her graduation thesis in English this academic year.

University Rector, Prof. Yahia Jafri, extends his warm congratulations to the graduate, and expresses gratitude to the supervising professor, the defense committee, and the administrative and academic staff at the center. He also encourages her fellow students to follow the same path, making greater efforts to master essential academic tools, especially the English language.
