Khemis Miliana Center: 

– Inspection Visit: Professor Brahim Mohamed Cheikh, Rector of Khemis Miliana University, accompanied by Professor Amarna Massaoud, Secretary-General of the National Federation of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and Mr. Ansel Samir, Director of Bab Ezzouar Center, conducted an inspection visit. 

– Sports Event: The center launched a football tournament in celebration of Labor Day (May 1st). 

El Tarf Center: 

– Mandatory Training Session: Second-year Master’s students with startup projects were required to attend a training session on April 30, 2025, at 9 AM in the university’s business incubator. 

– Supervisors’ Meeting: On April 28, 2025, at 4 PM, a meeting was held for thesis supervisors of Master’s students (2024/2025) in three specializations: 

  – Business Law 

  – Accounting 

  – Public Management 

The meeting, attended by the center’s director, Mr. Hafaidhia Kamal, established thesis defense committees scheduled from May 3 to 30, 2025. 

– Certificate of Appreciation: The center’s director received a recognition certificate from the National Forum for the Reintegration of Ex-Offenders into Civil Society. 

– Banking Law Seminar (April 26, 2025): Professor Bousta Zohreddin led a seminar for Master’s students in Business Law, covering: 

  – Banking Commission & its roles 

  – Financial Stability Committee 

  – National Payment Committee 

  – Regulatory bodies’ roles in bankruptcy cases. 

– Doctor Kilani Nadhira’s Participation: She delivered a keynote titled « The Role of Civil Society in Reintegrating Ex-Offenders » at a national forum on April 24, 2025. 

Bordj Bou Arréridj Center: 

– Innovation Exhibition: The center participated in the IDEAS VISION 2025 national innovation exhibition for sustainable development. 

– Hybrid National Conference (April 26, 2025): Held under the supervision of Director Mrs. Smaïhi Nadia, with Dr. Ben Djeddou Amina as chair and Professor Mihoub Massoud leading the scientific committee. 

El Bayadh Center: 

– Sports Engagement: The center’s team competed in the regional pétanque championship, highlighting student athletic involvement. 

Oran Center: 

– Examinations: First-semester oral expression exams for English language instructors were conducted smoothly. 

M’sila Center: 

– Banking Law Workshop: A seminar for Master’s students in Business Law, supervised by Professor Cheriet Salah Eddine. 

– Launch of « Excellence Pioneers » Club: Inaugurated by Professor Cheriet Salah Eddine, emphasizing teamwork and innovation. The club aims to: 

  ✓ Promote academic excellence via workshops and research. 

  ✓ Enrich cultural life through debates and artistic events. 

  ✓ Develop leadership and volunteerism. 

  ✓ Organize skill-building sessions. 

  ✓ Encourage sports and health awareness. 

Sidi Bel Abbès Center: 

– Italian Delegation Visit: Professor Mohamed El Amine Bouloum, the center’s director, attended a reception for an Italian delegation discussing an Algerian-Italian Agricultural Innovation Hub under the MATTEI Plan. 

– Project Evaluation Meeting: Students with ministerial projects (Decision 1275) were assessed by Dr. Mohamed Amine Sehbi. 

– Agripreneurship Event: The director promoted the Algerian Agripreneurs digital platform for agricultural startups. 

– 4th-Generation University Forum: Participation in a regional meeting on transitioning to next-gen higher education. 

Tizi Ouzou Center: 

Announced a national competition in AI-based programming.
