Today, January 20, 2025, at the university headquarters, Prof. Yahya Jafri supervised the installation of the Social Dialogue Committee, in accordance with Executive Decree No. 23-362 dated October 17, 2023.

The meeting, held both in-person and online, was attended by 22 members, both elected and appointed. It resulted in the endorsement of Prof. Ali El-Daif as the committee’s president for the first six months as an elected member, as per the law.

For reference, the committee is chaired alternately every six months by an appointed representative of the administration and an elected representative of the workers, or vice versa. The committee serves as a framework for constructive consultation, addressing existing issues, and mediating disputes that may arise in labor relations. It is an important element that provides added value and assistance in the management process within the institution
