Special celebration for International Women’s Day at the University of Continuous Training
On the occasion of International Women’s Day, Professor Yahia Jaafari, the Rector of the University of Continuous Training, presided over a special celebration in honor of International Women’s Day, which falls on March 8th of every year. The celebration was dedicated to the female employees under the headquarter. In his speech, the Rector emphasized the important role of women in all aspects of society, recognizing the high esteem Islam grants them. He stated that women constitute half of society in terms of upbringing and formation, but they impact the entire society. He emphasized that there is no difference between men and women; they are equal in status but differ in roles and tasks. He also praised the significant role played by women in the University of Continuous Training, expressing his appreciation for their efforts and perseverance, especially as many of them hold high positions within the organizational structure of the institution.
During the ceremony, several female employees were honored for their dedicated service to the university and the sector in general. The following individuals were recognized:
Ms. Mansouri Fatima from the Vice-rectorate of Communication and Relations between Sectors.
Miss Nahia Maryam from the headquarter.
Ms. Misoni Rimeissa from the Vice-rectorate of Studies and Pedagogy.
Ms. Ben Brika Zahra from the Sub-Directorate of Public Resources.
It’s worth noting that, due to the university’s national character, some centers organized special celebrations according to their available resources.
