At the gracious invitation of the Secretary-General of the National Council of Higher Education Teachers, Milat Abdelhafidh, and hosted by the Faculty of Political Science at the University of Algiers 3, Professor Yahia Jaafari, the rector of the University of Continuous Training, participated in the events commemorating the 48th anniversary of the establishment of the Sahrawi Arab Republic. The event was attended by the Secretary-General of the Ministry, Professor Ben Taleb Abdelhakim, the Minister’s advisor, Professor Sagour El Said, as well as several ambassadors, directors, personalities, professors, staff, students, and media personnel.
