On Wednesday, November 22, 2023, the University of Continuous Training hosted the events of the First International Scientific Conference on Sports and Health, organized by the Institute of Physical Education and Sports for the University of Algiers 3.

The conference witnessed the presence of Professor Yahia Jafri, the rector of the University of Continuous Training, Professor Khaled Rawaksi, the rector of the University of Algiers, a representative from the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and a representative from the Ministry of Youth and Sports, along with experts from Arab countries, such as Saudi Arabia and Qatar.

On the sidelines of the conference, Professor Yahia Jafri, the rector of the University, was honored, alongside the recognition of several contributors in the field of sports.
