In response to student concerns regarding the issuance of certificates and re-registration, we would like to clarify the following:<\/p>\n

Certificate Issuance: <\/strong>The relevant departments have already begun delivering certificates to certain centers, and a schedule has been established to ensure that all certificates reach the centers by July 10, 2025. Some centers have already started handing certificates over to their recipients.<\/p>\n

Re-registration for Advancing Students (2nd & 3rd Year Bachelor’s, 2nd Year Master’s): <\/strong>Some students mistakenly believed that the re-registration process begins on June 23. In fact, according to the previously published calendar, this date marks the start of the pedagogical services\u2019 internal process of updating student records on the PROGRES platform for those advancing to higher years.<\/p>\n

The students\u2019 role begins on the date when they are required to pay the re-registration fees, which is clearly indicated in the previously published schedule.<\/p>\n
