As part of its ongoing efforts to expand its academic, economic, and social outreach and to strengthen networking and partnerships among institutions in the sector, The University of
\nContinuous Education (UFC) and the Research Center in Applied Economics for Development (CREAD) have signed a partnership agreement aimed at supporting scientific research and
\ndeveloping training programs related to economic development.
\nThe signing ceremony took place at the university headquarters, in the presence of Prof. Yahia Jafri, Rector of the University of Continuous Education, and Prof. Ahmed Zakan, Director of CREAD, along with executives and research professors from both institutions.<\/p>\n

In his speech, Prof. Yahia Jafri emphasized that the university is undergoing significant expansion, making it essential to benefit from CREAD\u2019s expertise, particularly in institutional project design and development. He also highlighted the importance of leveraging CREAD\u2019s experience in public opinion surveys, as both institutions are the only legally authorized entities within the sector to conduct such studies. Furthermore, he proposed involving CREAD researchers in the development of Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) and specialized forums. Additionally, he pointed out that CREAD could benefit from the university\u2019s audiovisual center to disseminate research outputs.
\nFor his part, Prof. Ahmed Zakan underscored that CREAD is the only research center in Algeria focusing on economic and developmental issues, noting that there are numerous fields of collaboration that could enhance the quality of scientific research and contribute to practical solutions supporting Algeria\u2019s economic development.
\nThis agreement falls within the strategic vision of both institutions to strengthen the link between academia and research, fostering a conducive environment for knowledge exchange and
