On behalf of the Rector of the University of Continuous Education, Prof. Yahia Jafari, the Rector of Khemis Miliana University, Prof. Rabah Mohamed Sheikh, had the honor of officially appointing Prof.
\nBilal Baghalem as the new Director of Khemis Miliana Center, succeeding Prof. Noui Abdelnour, who has been assigned to another position. Prof. Yahia Jafari extends his sincere appreciation to Prof. Noui Abdelnour for his dedicated efforts and contributions. He also wishes Prof. Bilal Baghalem success in his new role and encourages the center’s staff to collaborate with him in serving the public institution.<\/p>\n
