The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Mr. Kamal Baddari, presided today, March 11, 2025, over the study day held at the ITFC Faculty of Media and Communication,
\nalongside the Director General of the Algerian Investment Promotion Agency. The event, titled \u00ab\u00a0The Role of University and Research Institutions in Improving Algeria\u2019s Investment
\nClimate\u00a0\u00bb was attended by regional university conference presidents, as well as rectors of university and research institutions.
\nDuring this study day, a framework agreement was signed between the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and the Algerian Investment Promotion Agency to activate the higher education and research sector\u2019s role in enhancing Algeria’s investment climate.
\nGiven that investment is one of the key variables that drive job creation and sectoral integration, this initiative aims to positively impact the national economy by providing a favorable investment environment through the activation of various mechanisms and tools within Algeria\u2019s higher education and research system.<\/p>\n
