The selection process included the following centers as the first batch: (Algiers East Center, El Khroub Center, Ben Aknoun Center, Bab Ezzouar Center, Medea Center, Blida Center, Boumerdes Center, Khemis Miliana Center, and Tipaza Center).<\/p><p>Members of the scientific committee participated in this process both in person and via remote conferencing technology. The committee reviewed several pioneering ideas in various fields. During the meeting, the professors, who are members of the committee, focused on several points, including: (the project idea; the innovative aspect of the project idea; the feasibility of the idea
