On behalf of the University Rector, Prof. Yahya Jafri, Prof. Ammar Hayahim, the Rector of the University of Bouira, kindly supervised the installation of Dr. Oukil Mustafa as the new director of Bouira Center, along with the Vice Director of Pedagogy at the University of Continuous Education, Prof. BoulehyaSouad, and the Regional Coordinator for Central Centers 1, Prof. Zeroni Mustafa. Dr. Oukil Mustafa replaces Dr. Jamal Khairi.<\/p>\n

Prof. Yahya Jafri, the University Rector, thanks Dr. Jamal Khairi for all his efforts in serving the university, efforts that the university still needs at other levels. He wishes Dr. Oukil success in his new role and encourages the center’s community to cooperate with him in serving the public interest<\/p>\n
