The meeting discussed organizational matters as well as professional issues.<\/p>\n<p>The union officials emphasized the importance of collaborative work to develop the university, focus on employee training, and enhance social services.<\/p>\n<p>The university director and the present officials highlighted the importance of building trust among various university stakeholders, noting that this trust constantly needs nurturing and growth.
