\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tExtraordinary Session of the Board of Directors\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nOn the morning of Wednesday, November 13, 2024, the Board of Directors of the Higher School of Commerce convened under the chairmanship of Mr. Yahia Jafri, President of the Board, with the esteemed attendance of the board members and the administrative staff of the school, led by Dr. Kharchi Ishak, the school\u2019s director.\r\n\r\nThe meeting focused on discussing the additional budget allocated to the research laboratories of the school.\r\n\r\nAfter constructive and fruitful discussions by the distinguished attendees, the budget was unanimously approved.\r\n\r\nThe school extends its heartfelt gratitude and deep appreciation to the honorable board members for their valuable guidance and recommendations.
