Prof. Yahia Djafari, Rector of the University of Continuous Education, chaired a weekly coordination meeting with the directors of the University of Continuous Education centers and their assistants responsible for the PROGRES system, as well as the heads of departments and engineers in charge of managing educational platforms at the university headquarters.<\/p>\n

The meeting focused on the progress of various operations within the PROGRES system, including the documentation of certificates, transfers between centers, and the adjustment of specializations for the Master’s program at each center. The discussion also covered enabling students who have been officially accepted into the Master’s program to complete their registration fee payments and access the platform for course follow-up. Additionally, they addressed the reintegration of students who had dropped out and the uploading of student lists onto the educational platforms for those whose accounts were activated starting Thursday, as scheduled, along with assigning additional responsibilities to center directors to resolve outstanding cases.<\/p>\n

The meeting also served as a platform to discuss the registration of the second batch of incarcerated students for this year and the necessary guidelines for the smooth running of this process.<\/p>\n
