The event took place at its Dely Ibrahim headquarters and was attended by all university stakeholders. The opening speech was delivered by Professor Abdelkader Mechdal, Head of the Office Services Unit, on behalf of the University Rector, Prof. Yahia Jafari, who represented the university at the academic year&rsquo;s opening ceremony at the Sidi Abdallah University Complex earlier that morning.
