The Rectors of both universities emphasized the importance of this collaboration, which requires support and development to optimize the existing structures and exchange experiences between the institutions, benefiting the university community, particularly in the development of distance education and utilizing the audiovisual center to serve students and professors interested in producing televised lessons online.<\/p><p>\u00a0 \u00a0 The agreement also allows for the broad utilization of the facilities associated with the University of Algiers 3, including sports halls, stadiums,
