For this purpose, an official body called the \u00ab\u00a0Committee for Developing a Quality Guarantee System in Higher Education\u00a0\u00bb has been established.<\/p><p>This committee has been tasked with the involvement of higher education institutions by appointing quality guarantee cells and officials responsible for these cells. They serve as a link between their institutions and the bodies of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.<\/p><p>The ministerial body has organized training and awareness courses for quality guarantee officials in preparation for the evaluation phase of their institutions&rsquo; activities, ensuring their integration into the national quality system.<\/p><p>The current stage of the ministerial body&rsquo;s work involves the introduction of what is known as the \u00ab\u00a0national reference framework.\u00a0\u00bb This framework allows for the definition of evaluation criteria to be adopted by higher education institutions. It also involves the establishment of an external evaluation body responsible for auditing the self-evaluation processes carried out by various universities.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3ba0baa elementor-widget elementor-widget-toggle\" data-id=\"3ba0baa\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"toggle.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-toggle\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-toggle-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-title-6251\" class=\"elementor-tab-title\" data-tab=\"1\" role=\"button\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-6251\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon elementor-toggle-icon-left\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-closed\"><i class=\"fas fa-caret-right\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-opened\"><i class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-opened fas fa-caret-up\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a class=\"elementor-toggle-title\" tabindex=\"0\">Firstly<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-6251\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"1\" role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-6251\"><p>the appointment of a quality guarantee official began in October 2012.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-toggle-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-title-6252\" class=\"elementor-tab-title\" data-tab=\"2\" role=\"button\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-6252\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon elementor-toggle-icon-left\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-closed\"><i class=\"fas fa-caret-right\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-opened\"><i class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-opened fas fa-caret-up\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a class=\"elementor-toggle-title\" tabindex=\"0\">Secondly<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-6252\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"2\" role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-6252\"><p>participation in the activities of the ministerial body, including training courses and conferences.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-toggle-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-title-6253\" class=\"elementor-tab-title\" data-tab=\"3\" role=\"button\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-6253\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon elementor-toggle-icon-left\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-closed\"><i class=\"fas fa-caret-right\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-opened\"><i class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-opened fas fa-caret-up\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a class=\"elementor-toggle-title\" tabindex=\"0\">Thirdly<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-6253\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"3\" role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-6253\"><p>\u00a0the establishment of a quality guarantee cell began in 2014. They supervised a seminar in June of the same year, which allowed for the development of a specific action plan for the University of Contiuous Training, particularly regarding self-assessment in several areas.<\/p><p>In this regard, the issue was raised that the university would focus on three key areas: training, governance, and relations with the economic and social environment. These areas align with the nature of the university, as it does not have structures affiliated with host universities or student life (students are only involved in studying after 4 PM on weekdays). Additionally, it did not have previous activities in scientific research, while international cooperation is the responsibility of the university director.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-toggle-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-title-6254\" class=\"elementor-tab-title\" data-tab=\"4\" role=\"button\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-6254\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon elementor-toggle-icon-left\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-closed\"><i class=\"fas fa-caret-right\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-opened\"><i class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-opened fas fa-caret-up\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a class=\"elementor-toggle-title\" tabindex=\"0\">Fourthly<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-6254\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"4\" role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-6254\"><p>the university underwent reform of its missions starting from the issuance of Ministerial Decree No. 1022 in October 2017, granting it the possibility of training within the framework of e-learning. This marked the beginning of self-assessment, which led to the development of a final report in May 2018, officially sent to the ministerial committee in early July of the same year.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-toggle-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-title-6255\" class=\"elementor-tab-title\" data-tab=\"5\" role=\"button\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-6255\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon elementor-toggle-icon-left\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-closed\"><i class=\"fas fa-caret-right\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-opened\"><i class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-opened fas fa-caret-up\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a class=\"elementor-toggle-title\" tabindex=\"0\">Fifthly<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-6255\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"5\" role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-6255\"><p>the university is currently (2019) working on establishing the foundations of the institution based on its new missions, ensuring proper attention to the e-learning model.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2af86b0 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2af86b0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The quality guarantee cell is responsible for the following tasks:<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-dc719db elementor-icon-list--layout-traditional elementor-list-item-link-full_width elementor-widget elementor-widget-icon-list\" data-id=\"dc719db\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"icon-list.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul university by supervising the evaluation procedures for institutional activities.<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"elementor-icon-list-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-icon-list-icon\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<i aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"fas fa-check-circle\"><\/i>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-icon-list-text\">2-Engaging in documentary supervision by monitoring national and international publications in the field of quality guarantee.<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"elementor-icon-list-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-icon-list-icon\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<i aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"fas fa-check-circle\"><\/i>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-icon-list-text\">3-Working towards the successful implementation of the university's experiences in quality guarantee.<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"elementor-icon-list-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-icon-list-icon\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<i aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"fas quality guarantee committee under the supervision, regarding quality matters.<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"elementor-icon-list-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span quality guarantee officer facilitates the tasks of the evaluation work carried out by the institution.<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"elementor-icon-list-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-icon-list-icon\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<i aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"fas university&rsquo;s website, primarily used for communication, publication, and ensuring transparency in the cell&rsquo;s work.<\/p><p>2-Documentary work related to collecting various media materials that focus on quality guarantee systems in Algeria and worldwide, allowing for the dissemination of information that brings the content of the system closer to various stakeholders in the university (faculty, administrators, students<\/p><p>3-Organizing periodic events such as seminars, training workshops, and conferences on quality guarantee.<\/p><p>4-Informing various stakeholders in the university about national and international experiences in the field of quality guarantee.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-toggle-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-title-2332\" class=\"elementor-tab-title\" data-tab=\"2\" role=\"button\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-2332\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span For this purpose, an official body called the \u00ab\u00a0Committee for Developing a Quality Guarantee System in Higher Education\u00a0\u00bb has been established. This committee has been tasked with the involvement of higher education institutions by appointing quality guarantee cells and officials responsible for these cells. They serve as a link between their institutions and the bodies of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. The ministerial body has organized training and awareness courses for quality guarantee officials in preparation for the evaluation phase of their institutions&rsquo; activities, ensuring their integration into the national quality system. The current stage of the ministerial body&rsquo;s work involves the introduction of what is known as the \u00ab\u00a0national reference framework.\u00a0\u00bb This framework allows for the definition of evaluation criteria to be adopted by higher education institutions. It also involves the establishment of an external evaluation body responsible for auditing the self-evaluation processes carried out by various universities. Firstly the appointment of a quality guarantee official began in October 2012. Secondly participation in the activities of the ministerial body, including training courses and conferences. Thirdly \u00a0the establishment of a quality guarantee cell began in 2014. They supervised a seminar in June of the same year, which allowed for the development of a specific action plan for the University of Contiuous Training, particularly regarding self-assessment in several areas. In this regard, the issue was raised that the university would focus on three key areas: training, governance, and relations with the economic and social environment. These areas align with the nature of the university, as it does not have structures affiliated with host universities or student life (students are only involved in studying after 4 PM on weekdays). Additionally, it did not have previous activities in scientific research, while international cooperation is the responsibility of the university director. Fourthly the university underwent reform of its missions starting from the issuance of Ministerial Decree No. 1022 in October 2017, granting it the possibility of training within the framework of e-learning. This marked the beginning of self-assessment, which led to the development of a final report in May 2018, officially sent to the ministerial committee in early July of the same year. Fifthly the university is currently (2019) working on establishing the foundations of the institution based on its new missions, ensuring proper attention to the e-learning model. The quality guarantee cell is responsible for the following tasks: 1-Leading all activities related to establishing a quality framework in the university by supervising the evaluation procedures for institutional activities. 2-Engaging in documentary supervision by monitoring national and international publications in the field of quality guarantee. 3-Working towards the successful implementation of the university&rsquo;s experiences in quality guarantee. 4-Developing internal and external communication and participating in various related events, as well as publishing in specialized journals. 5-Overseeing internal training in the field of quality guarantee. The quality guarantee officer is responsible for the following tasks: 1-The quality guarantee officer plays an active role in the \u00ab\u00a0quality guarantee cell\u00a0\u00bb and works to prepare the necessary resources and tools for the cell&rsquo;s work. 2-The quality guarantee officer acts as a link between the represented institution and the quality guarantee committee under the supervision, regarding quality matters. 3-The quality guarantee officer facilitates the tasks of the evaluation work carried out by the institution. 4-The quality guarantee officer provides the external evaluators with all relevant information for their tasks, informing them of any difficulties encountered. 5-The quality guarantee officer contributes to the preparation of evaluation reports, ensuring their approval, publication, and archiving. Firstly: \u00a0The initiation of awareness-raising activities through: 1-Opening a dedicated page for the cell&rsquo;s activities on the university&rsquo;s website, primarily used for communication, publication, and ensuring transparency in the cell&rsquo;s work. 2-Documentary work related to collecting various media materials that focus on quality guarantee systems in Algeria and worldwide, allowing for the dissemination of information that brings the content of the system closer to various stakeholders in the university (faculty, administrators, students 3-Organizing periodic events such as seminars, training workshops, and conferences on quality guarantee. 4-Informing various stakeholders in the university about national and international experiences in the field of quality guarantee.
